Return Policy:

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.  Items must be in original packaging unused condition. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please email us at linda@caliglimmers.com to return a item and we will assign you a return code. Include in your return a copy of the original receipt and the items being returned.

Ordering:

If for any reason you have a problem placing a order on the website please contact us @ linda@caliglimmers.com.  All orders are placed thru the website.

Payment Policy:

We accept all major credit cards and paypal accounts (Visa,Master Card, American Express, Discovery).  Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Credit card statements will show California Hair Glimmers 970-382-2204 for billing.

Shipping Policy:

All orders ship Monday thru Friday USPS priority flat rate box. You will receive your order in 3-5 days in most cases. 

Back Orders:

If any item is on back order we will send the portion of the order that is in stock and send the remainder of your order when it comes in with no additional shipping charges.
